“Regardless of having data of the dire climate forecast for at the least per week upfront, and the data that the system was not ready for greater than a decade, Ercot and Entergy didn’t take any pre-emptory motion that might have averted the disaster and had been wholly unprepared to cope with the disaster at hand,” the lawsuit alleges.
